ORDER:
In the circumstances stated by the Engineer-in-Chief (R&B),
Buildings, in the reference read above, Government hereby accord
Administrative sanction, for an amount of Rs.6.10 Lakhs (Rupees Six
Lakhs and Ten Thousand only) for providing classic design tiles flooring
and renovation of bath rooms in Minister Q.No.22, at Road No.12,
Banjara Hills, Hyderabad occupied by Sri P. Balraj, Hon’ble Minister
for Tribal Welfare.
2) The expenditure sanctioned in para (1) above shall be debited to
the following Head of Account:
“M.J.H. 4216 Capital Outlay on Housing – 01 Government
Residential Buildings - M.H. 106 General Pool Accommodation
G.H.11 Normal State Plan - S.H.(05) Rental Housing Scheme -
530 Major Works – 531 Other Expenditure”.
3) The Engineer-in-Chief (R&B), Buildings, Hyderabad shall take
further action in the matter accordingly.
4) This order issues with the concurrence of Finance Department
vide their U.O.No.5253-A/215/A2/Expr.PW/12, Dt.07.03.2012.
