Read:- From the Engineer –in -Chief(R&B) State Roads Lr.No.CMP/ATR/E.E(T)/DEE.8/AEE.2/2011-12,dt:29-08-2011. -x-x-x-x-x- ORDER: In the reference read above, the Engineer-in-Chief (R&B), State Roads, Hyderabad has stated that Tiruvuru – Rajavaram road is an important MDR in Krishna District which connects Madhira Railway station in Khammam District to Gampalagudem Mandal and Tiruvuru Mandal in Krishna District. The sugarcane produce has to be transported from Nandigama and Madhira etc., through this road to sugar factory at Kalluru in Khammam District. The total length of the road is 29.750 KM. The traffic volume on this road is 2,164 PCUs/day. The carriageway width from KM 0/0 to 12/0 is 7.0 M and from 12/0 to 29/750 is 3.80 M and it is necessary to widen the carriageway from the existing 3.80 M width to 7.0M and private land acquisition is required for a total length of 1.40 KM in the village limits of Gampalagudem, Penugolanu and Rajavaram to an extent of 1.129 Acres for providing 10M formation width and also at some locations shifting of utilities is required to take up the work. He has, therefore, requested to accord administrative sanction for an amount of Rs.100.00 Lakhs initially towards land acquisition and utilities shifting (Stage-I Clearance) for widening and strengthening of Tiruvuru- Rajavaram Road from Km.12/0 to 29.750 Km in Krishna District. 2. Government after careful examination of the proposal of Engineer-in-Chief (R&B) State Roads, Hyderabad, hereby accord administrative sanction for Rs.100.00 Lakhs ( Rupees One hundred Lakhs only) initially towards land acquisition and utilities shifting (Stage-I Clearance) for widening and strengthening of Tiruvuru-Rajavaram Road from Km.12/0 to 29.750 Km in Krishna District under Normal State Plan duly providing additional funds. 3. The expenditure sanctioned in Para (2) above shall be debited to the Head of Account: 5054 – C.O.L on Roads & Bridges, 04 – District and Other Roads, MH – 800 – Other Expenditure, GH-11 – Normal State Plan, SH (07) – Major District Roads, 530 – Major Works, 531 – Other Expenditure. 4. The Engineer-in-Chief (R&B), State Roads, Hyderabad, shall take necessary action accordingly. 5.
