Corporation Ltd., Hyderabad, Credit Bill No. APSCSCL/PB/January /2012, dt.03-2-2012. *** O R D E R: Sanction is hereby accorded for payment of an amount of Rs. 13,221/- (Rupees Thirteen Thousand Two Hundred and Twenty One Only) to A.P. State Civil Supplies Corporation Ltd., Hyderabad towards the cost of Petrol and lubricants supplied to the Govt. Vehicle of Housing Department bearing No. AP 09 BX 4545 for the month of January, 2012. The bill is with in the ceiling limit. 2. The amount sanctioned in para (1) above shall be debited to the head of account “2251 Secretariat Social Services – 090 Secretariat – (12) Department of Housing – 240 Petrol, Oil and Lubricants”. 3. The Housing (OP. Claims) Department are requested to draw and disburse the amount sanctioned in para (1) above, to the District Manager, A.P. State Civil Supplies Corporation ltd., Hyderabad through bank A/c.No. 52088415021, State Bank of Hyderabad, Secretariat Branch, Hyderabad. 4.
