The following notification will be published on the Notice Board of
Labour Court-II, Hyderabad, on:
NOTIFICATION
In pursuance of section 17 of the Industrial Disputes Act, 1947
(Central Act 14 of 1947) the Governor of Andhra Pradesh hereby directs
that the enclosed award received on 01/03/2012 from the Labour
Court-II, Hyderabad, passed in I.D.No. 23 of 2010 held in between
Md. Mumtaz Pasha, S/o Late Md. Imamuddin, Ex-Driver of APSRTC and
the Depot Manager, APSRTC, Gajwel Pregnapur Depot, Medak District
and two others be published on the Notice Board of the Labour Court-II,
Hyderabad.
