From Sri T.R.G.B.Ganga Raju, P.S. to Prl.Secy to Govt., Transport, Roads & Buildings Department, Appln.dt.09.03.2012. ***** ORDER:- Under Article 226,227 and 233-A of the Andhra Pradesh Financial Code, Vol. I and in terms of the orders issued in the reference 1st to 3rd read above, Government hereby accord sanction for an amount of Rs.2.00 Lakhs (Rupees Two Lakhs Only) to Sri T.R.B.G.Ganga Raju, P.S to Principal Secretary to Government, Transport, Roads and Buildings Department for effecting repairs / improvements to his house bearing Plot No.75, Survey No.39,155, 158 & 173, Manikonda Jagir and Village, Rajendranagar Mandal, Ranga Reddy District. The advance shall be disbursed to him in a lumpsum and it shall be drawn, immediately. 2. The advance sanctioned in para (1) above is subject to the following conditions:- i) that the repairs / improvement work should be completed with in six months from the date of drawal of advance and the fact intimated to the Government along with the certificate from an officer of the P.W.D not below the rank of Deputy Executive Engineer. ii) that the house should be mortgaged in favour of Government with in six months from the date of drawal of the advance. iii) that the advance sanctioned shall be utilized for effecting repairs / improvement by his house within the stipulated period, failing which penal interest at prescribed rates shall be levied for the period not covered by Government Sanction. 3. The advance sanctioned shall be recovered in (50) Fifty monthly installments @ Rs.4000/- per month commencing from the salary of the individual from the following month in which the loan is drawn and Interest at the rate of 5.50% per annum (simple interest) will be charged and recovered in (12) Twelve equal monthly installments after the principal amount is fully recovered. The above rate of interest is provisional and is liable for enhancement at any time. The penal interest will be charged at the double the rate of normal interest in case the advance is mis-utilized or not utilized at all and at 1.5% times the normal rates for non-compliance with formalities. (PTO)::2:: 4. The recovery of the advance shall be affected through monthly pay leave salary of the grantee. If the grantee ceases to be in service for any reason other than the normal retirement / superannuation or if he dies before the repayment of the advance in full, the entire advance shall becomes payable to the Government forthwith. Failure on the part of the grantee or his successors in interest to repay the advance for any reason will entitle the Government to take action as may be permissible under law. 5. The expenditure sanctioned in para (1) above shall be debited to Head of Account “7610- Loans to Government Servants – 201 – House Building Advances – SH(05) Loans to Other Officers” and shall be met from the allotment made in the reference 3rd read above. 6. The Deputy Pay and Accounts Officer, Secretariat Branch, Hyderabad is informed that the advance sanctioned above is for the first time for this purpose and the same has been sanctioned from the funds allotted in the reference 3rd read above. 7. The above individual referred to in para (1) shall submit Surety and Agreement Bonds as required under the rules. 8. The Transport, Roads and Buildings (OP-II) Department are requested to draw and disburse the amount sanctioned in para-1 above to the individual.
