Read the following:- 1. GO Rt.No.1201, I&CAD (Ser.II) Dept, Dated :28.11.2011. 2. From the Engineer-in-Chief (AW), I&CAD Department, Hyderabad Letter No. Rc/ENC/B1/14621/2011, Dated 27.02.2012. <oo> ORDER:- In the G.O. 1st read above, retirement notification for the calendar year 2012 was issued. 2. In the letter 2nd read above, the Engineer-in-Chief (AW), I&CAD Department, Hyderabad has informed that Sri S.Ram Kumar and Sri Y.Ved Prakash Raju Executive Engineer’s of erstwhile APSCC (Supermumerary) were not included in the retirement list of Executive Engineers and the officers are due to retire on 31.03.2012 A.N. on attaining the age of superannuation. Therefore, he has requested to issue necessary notification in this regard duly permitting Sri S.Ram Kumar (D.O.B.3.3.1954), . and Y.Ved Prakash Raju, (D.O.B.15.3.1954) Executive Engineer’s of erstwhile APSCC (Supernumerary) and date of retirement is 31.03.2012 A.N. 3. After careful consideration of the matter, Government hereby permit Sri S.Ram Kumar (D.O.B.3.3.1954), and Sri Y.Ved Prakash Raju, (D.O.B.15.3.1954) Executive Engineer’s of erstwhile APSCC (Supernumerary) to retire 31.03.2012 A.N. on attaining the age of superannuation, during the Calendar Year 2012, without prejudice to the disciplinary cases/ enquiries if any, pending against them and also subject to the condition that such disciplinary proceedings shall continue against them under Article 351-A of A.P.
