TRANSPORT, ROADS AND BUILDINGS (OP-I) DEPARTMENT G.O.Rt.No. 305 Dated.22.03.2012. Read the following:- 1. G.O.Ms.No.74, H.M.&FW(K.I) Deptt., dt. 15-3-2005 2. From Sri Rajender Singh, Asst Section Officer T.R. & B. Department., application dt: 13.3.2012. 3. From the Medical Superintendent, Nizam’s Institute of Medical Sciences, Punjagutta, Hyderabad, Letter No. MRD/GOC/2012/ 627/L.A. Dated 25.2.2012. &&& ORDER: In the reference 2nd read above, Sri Rajender Singh, Asst Section Officer, TR&B Department while enclosing the medical bills in original, has requested to reimburse medical expenses incurred by him towards the treatment of his father for “BPH, Uro Problems” for an amount of Rs.4,037/- 2. In the reference 3rd read above, the Medical Superintendent, Nizam’s Institute of Medical Sciences, Punjagutta, Hyderabad has stated that once the treating Doctor is signed on Essentiality Certificate itself is confirming genuineness of the treatment and medical bills. However, Scrutiny Certificate will be issued if the total amount of medical bills is more than Rs.25,000/-. Orthodaepic 3. Government, after careful examination of the matter, hereby accord sanction for an amount of Rs.4,037/- (Rupees Four Thousand And Thirty Seven only) towards reimbursement of medical expenses incurred by Sri Rajender Singh, Asst Section Officer, Transport, Roads and Buildings Department towards the treatment of his father for “BPH, Uro Problems” during the period from 8.10.2011 to 7.3.2012 at NIMS, Punjagutta, Hyderabad. 4. The expenditure shall be debited to the Head of Account of “3451 – Secretariat – Economic Services – 090 – Secretariat 10 – T.R.&B Department - 010 – Salaries – 017 – Medical Reimbursement”. 5. The Transport, Roads and Buildings (O.P.II) Department shall draw and disburse the amount sanctioned in para 3 above to Sri Rajender Singh, Asst. Section Officer, Transport, Roads and Buildings Department. 6 This Order does not require the concurrence of Finance Department, as per rules in force.
