TRANSPORT, ROADS & BUILDINGS (Vig.I) DEPARTMENT G.O.Rt.No. 306 Dated:22.03.2012 Read Chief Engineer (R&B) - Rural Roads/ NABARD, Lr.No.2526/DCE (N) /(IV) DEE-I/ III/ AEE 3/RIAD/2009 dt.05-12-2011. **** ORDER: The Chief Engineer, Rural Roads (R&B), (NABARD), has reported vide reference read above, that 4 (R&B) Engineers in Warangal District allowed execution of unwarranted extra depth in foundations excavation, involving unfruitful excess expenditure of Rs.12,98,846/- in the work construction of High level bridge across Gundlavagu in KM.2/8-10 of Pasra - Gundala Road in Warangal District. 2. He has requested that the above said amount of Rs.12,98,846/- may be recovered from (1) Rs.4,43,000/- from Sri M.Bhushanam, the then Superintending Engineer (R&B) Warangal (Retired on 31-08-2009); (2) Rs.2,23,474/- from Sri J.Satyanarayana Rao, the then Executive Engineer (R&B) Warangal Division, presently Deputy Superintending Engineer (Rural circle), Hyderabad; (3) Rs.2,68,798/- from Sri B.Raju Naik, the then Deputy Executive Engineer (R&B), Mulugu sub-division, now Deputy Executive Engineer (R&B), sub-division Sultanabad, Peddapally Division, Karimnagar District, and, (4) Rs 3,63,574/- from the legal heirs of Sri P.Satyanarayana the then Assistant Engineer, Mulugu, Warangal Division, (expired on 29.09.2009). 3. In the circumstances stated by the Chief Engineer, Rural Roads/ NABARD in the reference read above Government, decide and hereby order that Rs.12,98,846/- shall be recovered from the concerned R&B Engineers of Warangal District, i.e., (1) Rs.4,43,000/- from Sri M.Bhushanam, the then Superintending Engineer (R&B), Warangal (Retired on 31-08-2009), (2) Rs.2,23,474/- from Sri J.Satyanarayana Rao, the then Executive Engineer (R&B), Warangal Division, presently Deputy Superintending Engineer (Rural circle), Hyderabad; (3) Rs.2,68,798/- from Sri B.Raju Naik, the then Deputy Executive Engineer (R&B), Mulugu sub-division,now Deputy Executive Engineer (R&B), sub-division Sultanabad, Peddapally Division, Karimnagar District and (4) Rs 3,63,574/- from the legal heirs of Sri P.Satyanarayana, the then Assistant Engineer Mulugu, Warangal Division, (expired on 29.09.2009). 4.
