3) Orders of the Hon’ble APAT Dt.09-11-2011 in O.A.7266/2011.
4) C.A.No.1637 of 2011, Dt.12-12-2011 in O.A.No.7266 of 2011.

ORDER:
In the G.O.Rt.No.1352, Dt.26.08.2011 orders were issued transferring
Smt.C.Lavanyeswari, Pharmacist Gr-II working at ESI Dispensary,
Sankarapuram, Kadapa to ESI Dispensary, Nagari and Sri B.Nagendra,
Pharmacist Gr-II, ESI Dispensary, Yerraguntla is transferred to ESI Dispensary,
Kadapa on disciplinary / administrative grounds.
Aggrieved with the above transfer orders, Smt.C.Lavanyeswari,
Pharmacist Gr-II has approached the Hon’ble APAT and filed O.A.No.7266/2011.
The Hon’ble APAT, in its orders dated.9-11-2011 ordered as follows :
“The impugned G.O.Rt.No.1352, LET&F (IMS) Department, Dt.26-8-2011
issued by the 1st respondent where under the applicant was transferred
and posted to ESI Dispensary, Nagari and the 5th respondent was posted
in her place, is set aside. No costs”
In the light of the above orders of Hon’ble A.P. Administrative Tribunal,
Government hereby cancel the transfer orders issued in the G.O.1st read above.
The Director, Insurance Medical Services, AP, Hyderabad is requested to
implement the orders of the Hon’ble APAT, Hyderabad dated:09.11.2011 without
prejudice to further action on disciplinary grounds under way against the
individual and shall take necessary further action accordingly in the matter .
