Bills received from Proprietor, Sri Sai Infotech, Secunderabad, Bill No.688, Dt.03.03.2012, received on 07.03.2012. * * * ORDER: In accordance with the orders issued in the references 1st and 2nd read above, the services of certain staff sponsored by Sri Sai InfoTech, Secunderabad have been utilized as, DEOs and Attenders for the period from 21st January, 2012 to 20th February, 2012 The firm in the reference 3rd read above has submitted bill for Rs.1,16,878/- (Rupees One lakh Sixteen Thousand Eight Hundred and Seventy Eight only) which is inclusive of ESI Contribution, Provident Fund Agency Commission and Service Tax @ 32.66% and requested for sanction. 2. Sanction is hereby accorded for an amount of Rs.1,16,878/- (Rupees One Lakh Sixteen Thousand Eight Hundred and Seventy Eight only) to Sri Sai InfoTech, Secunderabad towards remuneration of the services of Seven (7) DEOs and Three (3) Attenders as specified in the annexure whose services are utilized for the period from 21st January, 2012 to 20th February, 2012 (as per annexure). 3. The expenditure shall be debited to the Head of Account under “2251 – Secretariat Social Services – MH 090 – Secretariat – SH (016) – Labour Employment and Factories Department - 300 – Other Contractual Services”. 4. The Labour Employment Training & Factories (OP Claims) Department shall draw and credited to the Current A/c No.056111023768, Dena Bank, R.P. Road, Secunderabad with IFSC code No.BKDNO610561 of Sri Sai InfoTech, Secunderabad. 5. This orders does not require the concurrence of Finance Department as per the rules in vogue.
