Lr.No.G1/403/2011, dt:09-03-2012 8.From the CE(R&B) CRN & MD, APRDC, LrNo.823/ ENC(R&B)A&EAP/Phase-I/APSH2/06, dt:16.03.12 *** ORDER: In the letter 3rd read above, the District Collector, Nalgonda District, has requested the Chief Commissioner of Land administration, A.P. Hyderabad, to arrange to provide the funds for an amount of Rs.13,77,13,665/- (Rupees Thirteen Crores seventy seven Lakhs Thirteen Thousand six hundred and sixty five only) towards payment of decretal charges in O.P.Nos.1/05, 2/05, 3/05, 4/05, 7/05, 8/05, 10/05, 15/05, 16/05, 17/05, 18/05, 44/05 as per interim orders dt:24.02.2010 of Hon’ble High Court to avoid personal appearance. 2. In the D.O. Lr. 4th read above, the Chief Commissioner of Land administration and Spl. Chief Secretary to Govt., while enclosing a letter dt.17-02-2012 of Government Pleader for Land Acquisition, wherein he has informed that Smt. Namireddy Shakunthala & 4 others have filed contempt case No. 159/2012 for non compliance of orders in WP No.22860/2011 dt.03-11-2011 and that the Hon’ble Court has granted two weeks time for reporting compliance of directions issued in the orders of the High Court and he has also requested the Government to comply with orders of the High Court on or before 01-03-2012 to avoid personal appearance. 3. In the letter 7th read above, the Chief Commissioner of Land administration & Spl. Chief Secretary to Govt., has stated that the Collector, Nalgonda District in his letter dt: 22-2-2012, has submitted a revised proposal, splitting the consolidated proposal submitted in the letter dt: 07-2-2012, requested to sanction decretal charges for an amount of Rs.29,49,685/- in respect of O.P.No.10/05 in which case contempt case is filed. PTO-2- 4. The Chief Commissioner of Land administration & Spl. Chief Secretary to Govt., Hyderabad, while enclosing a copy of the letter of Collector, Nalgonda has therefore requested the Government to sanction to deposit of 50% decretal charges for an amount of Rs.29,49,685/- in respect of O.P.No.10/05, as per the orders of Hon’ble High Court Andhra Pradesh, dated: 02-3-2012 in Contempt Case No.159/2012. 5. Government after careful examination of the matter, hereby accord administrative sanction for release of an amount of Rs.29,49,685/-( Rupees twenty nine lakhs forty nine thousand six hundred and eighty five only) to deposit of 50% decretal charges in respect of O.P.No.10/05 on the file of Senior Civil Judge, Miryalaguda, and as per the orders of Hon’ble High Court Andhra Pradesh dated: 02-03-2012 in Contempt Case No.159/2012. 6. The amount sanctioned in para ( 5 ) above, shall be met from the Head of Account- 5054 - COL on Roads and Bridges – 04- District and Other Roads - MH 800 Other Expenditure - GH 11- Normal State Plan - SH(08) Other Roads – 530- Major Works - 532 Lands. 7. The Chief Engineer (R&B) CRN & Managing Director, A.P.Road Development Corporation, Hyderabad, shall draw the amount sanctioned at para (5) above and deposit the same in the Senior Civil Judge, Miryalaguda, for realization of decretal amount in O.P.No.10/05 under intimation to the Government. 8. The Chief Engineer (R&B) CRN & Managing Director, A.P.Road Development Corporation, Hyderabad, shall take further action accordingly in the matter. 9. This order issues with the concurrence of Finance Department vide their U.O.No.6881/276/A2/Expr.PWD/A2/2012, dated:19-03-2012.
