IRRIGATION & CAD (SER.VII(V&E-2) DEPARTMENT G.O.Rt.No. 314 Dt.17-03-2012 **** ORDER : Whereas, an Inquiry under Rule 20 of the Andhra Pradesh Civil Services (Classification, Control and Appeal) Rules, 1991 is being held against the following officers. 1. Sri U.Narayana Raju, SE (Rtd) 2. Sri N.Sadasiva Rao, Dy.SE (Rtd) 3. Sri G.Satyanarayana, AE. 2. And, it is considered that an Inquiry Officer should be appointed to inquire into the charges framed against the above said officers. 3. Now, therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred by Sub-rule (2) of the said rule, the disciplinary Authority hereby appoints Sri Gopala Krishna Reddy, I/C Chief Engineer, Godawari Delta System, Dowlaiswaram as Inquiry Officer to inquire into the charges framed against the above mentioned officers. 4. Copies of reports, charge memoranda and written statement of defense submitted by the accused officer are forwarded herewith to the Enquiry Officer. The presenting officer will produce the other original documents relating to the case before the Inquiring Authority. 5. The Inquiry Officer is requested to conduct the Inquiry in accordance with the procedure prescribed under Rule 20 of APCS(CC&A) Rule 1991 and submit his Inquiry Report within two months.
