Dt. 19.10.2011, 03.11.2011. 3) Govt.Memo.No.502/B.II.(1)/2009, dated 24.10.2011, 22.11.2011 & 24.01.2012. 4) From the E-in-C(R&B), Buildings, Hyderabad, Lr.No. TA8/ JE5/ 8808/BH/.03-1, dt.09.02.2012. *** ORDER: In the reference 1st read above Government have accorded administrative sanction for an amount of Rs.16.25 Lakhs for providing lift room with framed structure to block No. BH-4 & 6 in the premises of IAS/IPS officer flats at Road No.10, Banjara Hills, Hyderabad. 2. In the reference 2nd read above residents of Block No.BH-4, Senior Officers Colony have requested the Government to construct a lift in their block. In the reference 3rd read above the Government instructed the Engineer-in-Chief(R&B), Buildings, to take up the work immediately. 3. In the reference 4th read above the Engineer-in-Chief(R&B), Buildings has submitted proposals to Government for administrative sanction for an amount of Rs.11.00 Lakhs for providing lift room with framed structure to block No. BH-4 in the premises of IAS/IPS officer flats at Road No.10, Banjara Hills, Hyderabad and he has also informed that an expenditure to an extent of Rs.10.05 lakhs was incurred on BH-6 block lift as against the sanctioned amount of Rs.16.25 lakhs and final bill was paid to the agency to the extent of work done in BH-6 only and the contract is closed. 4. Government, after careful examination of the matter, hereby accord Revised Administrative Sanction, for an amount of Rs.11.00 Lakhs (Rupees Eleven Lakhs only) with provision of funds against the original administrative sanction for an amount of Rs.16.25 Lakhs for providing lift room with framed structure to block No. BH-4 in the premises of IAS/IPS officer flats at Road No.10, Banjara Hills, Hyderabad (PTO)::2:: 5. The expenditure sanctioned in para ( 4 ) above shall be debited to the Head of Account “MH 4216 – COL – 01 – MH 106 GPA – G.H. 11 NSP – S.H. (04) Rental Housing Scheme – 530 Major Works – 531 Other Expenditure. 6. The Engineer-in-Chief (R&B) Buildings, shall take further necessary action accordingly. 7.
