Vijayalakshmi, Deputy Secretary to Government (Retd.), Finance Department has stated that she has incurred an amount of Rs.9,680/- towards her treatment of “Gingivitis” from 17.12.2011 to 25.12.2011 at Dr. Gowds Dental Hospital, Banjarahills, Hyderabad. 2. In the reference fourth read above the Civil Surgeon Specialist, Government Civil Dispensary, A.P. Secretariat, Hyderabad after scrutiny has recommended to sanction the net admissible amount of Rs.9,680/- (Rupees Nine Thousand Six Hundred and Eighty only). 3. Government after careful examination, hereby sanction an amount of Rs.9,680/- (Rupees Nine Thousand Six Hundred and Eighty only) to Smt P. Vijayalakshmi, Deputy Secretary to Government (Retd.), Finance Department towards the expenditure incurred for her treatment as per G.O. Ms. No.74, HM&FW Department, dated: 15.03.2005 as recommended the Civil Surgeon Specialist, Government Civil Dispensary, A.P. Secretariat, Hyderabad. 4.
