Siva Chendravalli, Civil Assistant Surgeon, ESI Hospital Ramachandrapuram, was selected in P.G. Degree Course in M.S.(Opthalmalogy) at Gandhi Medical College, Secundrabad as in-service candidate for a period of 3 years from 04.06.2010 to 03.06.2013 .The Medical Officer has already prosecuted P.G. Diploma in Anesthesia during the year 2005- 2007. She was paid the stipend for the above period by the Government. Dr.V. Siva Chendravalli, CAS has prosecuting P.G.Degree in M.S.(Opthalmology) is not the same specialty to her previous P.G . Diploma in Anasthesia. 2. Government after careful examination of the matter hereby permit the Director of Insurance Medical Services, A.P., Hyderabad to sanction EOL for a period of 3 years for the academic year from 04.06.2010 to 03.06.2013 to prosecute her P.G. Course in Opthamalogy at Gandhi Medical College, Secundrabad as per G.O.Ms.No.260, H.M&FW (E2) Dept. dt.10.07.97 read with G.O.Ms.No.279, HM & FW (2) Dept., dated:09.07.2001. 3. The Director of Insurance Medical Services, A.P., Hyderabad shall take necessary action accordingly.
