Pandu Ranga Rao, Joint Secretary to Govt. (Retd.), Finance Department has stated that he has incurred an amount of Rs.9,940/- towards his treatment of “Root Stump” from 17.12.2011 to 25.12.2011 at Dr. Gowds Dental Hospital, Banjarahills, Hyderabad. 2. In the reference fourth read above the Civil Surgeon Specialist, Government Civil Dispensary, A.P. Secretariat, Hyderabad after scrutiny has recommended to sanction the net admissible amount of Rs.9,940/- (Rupees Nine Thousand Nine Hundred and Forty only). 3. Government after careful examination, hereby sanction an amount of Rs.9,940/- (Rupees Nine Thousand Nine Hundred and Forty only) to Sri P. Pandu Ranga Rao, Joint Secretary to Govt. (Retd.), Finance Department towards the expenditure incurred for his treatment as per G.O. Ms. No.74, HM&FW Department, dated: 15.03.2005 as recommended the Civil Surgeon Specialist, Government Civil Dispensary, A.P. Secretariat, Hyderabad. 4.
