ORDER:
The Director of Insurance Medical Services, A.P., Hyderabad in his letter
read above has requested the Government to regularize the services and also
declare the probation of Dr. B.Sree Devi, Civil Surgeon Specialist, ESI Hospital,
Ramachandrapuram, Medak on promotion to the said category. During the
probation period, the individual has availed 15 days EL.
2. Government, hereby regularize the services, and also declare the
probation in respect of Dr.B.Sree Devi, Civil Surgeon Specialist, ESI Hospital,
Ramachandrapuram, Medak after taking into consideration of 15 days E.L.
availed by her as per Rule 8 (b) of Special Rules issued in G.O.Ms.No.183, HM &
FW (Q1) Dept., dt.04-05-1996, the probation declared with effect from the dates
mentioned below:-.
