Read the following:- From the Chief Engineer, Minor Irrigation, Hyderabad Lr. No. DCE II/OT4/SO1/KNR/FDR/ Suddagandi/Borlagudem (V)/ 2011, dated 12.9.2011 and even No. 26.12.2011. <<00>> ORDER:- In the letter read above, the Chief Engineer, Minor Irrigation has submitted an estimate for Rs. 24.75 lakhs for the work “FDRs to Suddagandi Cheruvu, Borlagudem Village, Mahamutharam Mandal, Karimnagar District” stating that Suddagandi Cheruvu is having an ayacut of 157.80 acres. The bund was breached and weir was also damaged due to heavy rains during July, 2010 and due to heavy rainfall recorded 203.00 mm on 30.7.2010. The Superintending Engineer, I.C. Nirmal inspected the tank and proposed for restoration of the tank. Hence he has proposed to restore the above tank. Further he has stated that there is no possibility to take up the above scheme under MGNREGP. Therefore, he has requested to accord administrative approval for Rs. 24.75 lakhs for the above work under Normal State Plan. 2. Government after careful examination, hereby accord administrative approval for Rs. 24.75 lakhs (Rupees twenty four lakhs and seventy five thousands only) for the work “Flood Damaged Repairs to Suddagandi Cheruvu, Borlagudem Village, Mahamutharam Mandal, Karimnagar District” 3. The expenditure sanctioned at para 2 above, shall be debited to the Head of Account “4702 COL on M.I MH – 101 – Surface Water GH – 11 Normal State Plan - SH (16) Immediate Restoration of MI sources and FDR Temporarily restoration works – 530 Major Works - 531 Other Expenditure” p.t.o. -2-2 4.
