TRANSPORT, ROADS & BUILDINGS (BI) DEPARTMENT G.O.Rt.No. 318 Dated:27-3-2012 Read the following:- 1.G.O.Rt.No.185, Finance (Exp.PWD) Dept., dt.18-1-2012. 2.From the Engineer-in-Chief, (R&B), Buildings, Hyderabad Letter No. TA8/JE1/Visits/17807/2004, dt.23-12-2011 and dt.29-2-2012. O R D E R:- In pursuance of the orders issued in the reference 1st read above and in the circumstances reported by the Engineer-in-Chief, (R&B), Buildings, Hyderabad in the reference 2nd read above, Government hereby accord administrative sanction for an amount of Rs.33.35 lakhs (Rupees thirty three lakhs and thirty five thousand only) to take up the following works for Traffic Regulation and Crowd Control in connection with MEDARAM JATHRA 2012:- 1.Providing barricading arrangements for traffic regulation and crowd control in connection with Medaram Jathra-2012: Rs. 5.70 lakhs 2.Providing Ramps and Internal Roads for Parking places : Rs. 8.50 lakhs 3.Providing Mesh from Police Camp entry point to Police Camp around the camp: Rs.10.65 lakhs 4.Construction of Permanent Helipad at Medaram: Rs. 8.50 lakhs ----------------- TOTAL Rs.33.35 lakhs ---------------- 2. The expenditure sanctioned in para 1 above shall be debited to the Head of Account “2059 PW,60 Other Bldgs., MH 051 Constn. SH(12)GAD/VIP Security barricading arrangements ,270 Minor works – 271 other expenditure” 3. The Engineer-in-Chief, (R&B), Buildings, Hyderabad shall take necessary action accordingly.
