O R D E R:
The Director of Insurance Medical Services, A.P., Hyderabad in his letter
read above has requested the Government to regularize the services and also
declare the probation of Dr.N.Sateesh Kumar, Civil Surgeon Specialist, ESI
Hospital, Sanathnagar, Hyderabad on promotion to the said category. During
the probation period, the individual has availed 82 days EL and 32 days HPL
leave.
2. Government, hereby regularize the services, and also declare the
probation in respect of Dr.N.Sateesh Kumar, Civil Surgeon Specialist, ESI
Hospital, Sanathnagar, Hyderabad after taking into consideration of 82 days E.L.
and 32 days HPL availed by him as per Rule 8 ( b ) of Special Rules issued in
G.O.Ms.No.183, HM & FW (Q1) Dept., dt.04-05-1996, the probation declared
with effect from the dates mentioned below:-.
