From the Chief Engineer, Minor Irrigation, Hyderabad Lr.No.DCE/(Spl) /OT)(T)/AEE2/AIBP/Knl/ /11, dt.10-6-2011. 2. From the Engineer –in-Chief (IW), I&CAD Department, Hyderabad Lr.No.ENC/IW/P&M/EE.III/DEE.10/AE/REs/281/11,dt.30-7-2011. 3. From the Chief Engineer, Minor Irrigation, Hyderaba Lr.No.DCE/(Spl) /OT)(T)/AEE2/AIBP/Knl/Ghani/11, dt.20-1-2012. <><><> ORDER: In the reference 1st read above, the Chief Engineer, Minor Irrigation has submitted the revised estimate to the Engineer-in-Chief(IW),Hyderabad for the work of Formation of new M.I.Tank across Maddileru Vagu, Near Gani (V) in Gadivemula (M), Kurnool District for Rs.9,10,06,320/- duly stating that Government have accorded administrative approval for the subject work for Rs.307.00 lakhs vide G.O.Ms.No.32, I&CAD(PW.EA) Department,dt.6-2-2007. and Revised Administrative approval for Rs.330.50 lakhs vide G.O.Rt.No.1482, I&CAD (MI.IV)Department,dt.5-9- 2009. Technical sanction was accorded by the Chief Engineer, Minor Irrigation towards works for Rs.294.50 lakhs based on SSR 2008-09 and for Rs.39.00 lakhs towards L.A. The work was awarded to M/s.SRC Constructions , Nizamabad and concluded agreement vide SE/Kurnool Agreement No.46/2009,dt.11-11-2009 for Rs.2,78,06,406/- with excess of 0.99% over ECV. During execution certain deviations have occurred to proceed with the work. 2. In the reference 2nd read above, the Engineer-in-Chief (IW) has stated that the Committee of Chief Engineers after examining the deviations in the revised estimate and after detailed discussions, has recommended for Revised Administrative Sanction for Rs.9,10,06,320/- under AIBP the above work. 3. Government after careful consideration of the matter , hereby accord revised administrative approval Rs.9,10,06,320/- (Rupess Nine crores ten lakhs six thousand three hundred and twenty only) for the work of formation M.I.Tank across Maddileru Vagu, Near Gani (V) in Gadivemula (M), Kurnool District. The Expenditure for the said work may be chargeable to the head of Account “4702 Capital out lay on MI(101) –Surface Water-GH(21) AIBP – SH(12) C&R of MI.Sources -530 Major works -531 –other Expenditure”. 5. The Chief Engineer, Minor Irrigation is requested to take further necessary action accordingly. 6.
