From Secretary to Chief Minister, note dt.12.02.2012 and the orders of Chief Secretary to Government of Andhra Pradesh, thereon. 4. From General Administration (GH.II) Department, Memo No.32/GH.II/2012-1, dt.14.02.2012. * * * * * O R D E R : As per the instructions issued by the General Administration (GH.II) Department in the Memos 1 to 4 read above, necessary arrangements for reservation of Jubilee Hall, Hyderabad, tea, snacks and lunch, etc. were arranged for the meeting convened by Hon’ble Chief Minister with the Hon’ble Minister for Railways, Hon’ble Minister for Railways of State, the Chairman, Indian railway Board, Members of Parliament and officials of the State Government and the Southern Central Railways on 09.02.2012 and 15.02.2012 at Jubillee Hall, Hyderabad on the issues relating to Railways including Road Under Bridges (RUBs) / Road Over Bridges (ROBs) in the State. 2. The Government have observed that on account of above meetings there were fruitful discussions held on the pendency of the Railway issues including Road Under Bridges (RUBs) / Road Over Bridges (ROBs) in the State by the Hon’ble Members of Parliament of the State and also acknowledgement of the same by the Railway Authorities headed by Hon’ble Minister for Railways and also of an assurance by the Hon’ble Minister for Railways for favourable considerations worth in many crores of rupees. 3. An amount of Rs.5,49,213/- (Rupees five lakhs forty nine thousand two hundred and thirteen only) was incurred for the above said meetings and the amount has to be paid to the concerned. 4. Government after careful consideration, hereby accord administrative sanction for an amount of Rs.5,49,213/- (Rupees five lakhs forty nine thousand two hundred and thirteen only) incurred in connection with the above mentioned meetings held on 9th & 15th February, 2012 at Jubilee Hall, Hyderabad. 5. The expenditure sanctioned in Para (4) shall be debitable to the Head of Account “5054-80- MH.001 – GH.II-SH(04) – Construction of Roads and Bridges under Railway safety Works – 530 – Major Works – 531 – other – Expenditure”. 6. The Engineer-in-Chief, Roads & Buildings, Administration & National Highways, Hyderabad, is requested to take necessary action to draw and disburse the above amount to the concerned. 7.
