ORDER: The Government after reviewing the existing procedure, hereby direct the Director of Boilers to send the prosecution proposals against the Managements, in case of violation of provisions of the Boilers Act, 1923, Rules and Regulations of Boilers made there under relating to fatal accident and representations received from the management of the Boilers for withdrawal of prosecution cases along with his remarks for taking further action at Government level. 2.
