Read the following:: Ref:: 1.GO.Ms.No.123, TR & B (R.II) Department, Dt.17.06.2009. 2.From the ENC (R&B) Bldgs., & CRF, Hyd., Lr.No.746/ADB/EE(CRF)/2008-09 Dt.22.02.2012. -:o0o:- O R D E R: In the GO 1st read above, Government, have accorded Administrative Sanction for an amount of Rs.300.00 lakhs under CRF, for the work “Improvements to Nirmal Apparaopet from KM 14/0 to 24/7 in Adilabad (working reach from KM 17/3 to 22/6). 2. In the reference 2nd read above, the ENC(R&B) Bldgs., & CRF, Hyderabad has reported that during execution certain deviations such as (a) increase in forming embankment with carted earth (b) providing of WMM on Central Carriageway in sunken portions (c) provision of price adjustment (d) increase in grade of bitumen, were necessitated, and the working estimates comes to Rs.350.00 lakhs, against the sanctioned amount of Rs.300.00lakhs resulting (+) 16.67% an Excess over the sanctioned amount. Further he has reported that the GOI will reimburse only 330.00lakhs and the balance amount has to be borne by the State Government and also requested the Government for according Revised Administrative Sanction for an amount of Rs.350.00lakhs against the original Administrative Sanction of Rs.300.00lakhs for the said work. 3. After careful examination of the matter, Government hereby accord Revised Administrative Sanction for an amount of Rs.350.00 lakhs (Rupees Three hundred and fifty lakhs only) against the original Administrative Sanction of Rs.300.00 lakhs, for the work “Improvements to Nirmal-Apparaopet from KM 14/0 to 24/7 in Adilabad (working reach from KM 17/3 to 22/6). 4. The expenditure sanctioned in para (3) above shall be debited to the following Head of Account “5054-COL on Roads & Bridges - 04-District and Other roads, MH-800 – Other expenditure - GH-11 – Normal State Plan, SH(04)-Road Development fund State allocation works - 530-Major Works, 531-Other expenditure” 5. The Engineer-in-Chief (R&B) CRF., & Bldgs., Hyderabad shall take necessary action accordingly. 6.
