O R D E R:
The Director of Insurance Medical Services, A.P., Hyderabad in his letter
read above has requested the Government to regularize the services and also
declare the probation of Dr.P. Swathi, Civil Surgeon Specialist, ESI Hospital,
Sanathnagar, Hyderabad on promotion to the said category. During the
probation period, the individual has availed 46 days EL and 6 days HPL leave.
2. Government, hereby regularize the services, and also declare the
probation in respect of Dr.P. Swathi, Civil Surgeon Specialist, ESI Hospital,
Sanathnagar, Hyderabad after taking into consideration of 46 days E.L. and 6
days HPL availed by her as per Rule 8 (b) of Special Rules issued in
G.O.Ms.No.183, HM & FW (Q1) Dept., dt.04-05-1996, the probation declared
with effect from the dates mentioned below:-.
