O R D E R:
Sri P.M. Sudhakar Naidu, Section Officer, Labour Employment Training
and Factories Department, in his application 2nd read above has stated that he
has obtained his wife’s treatment for “CUE-NAD & Cervical Spodolysis” at
Secretariat Dispensary, Secretariat, Hyderabad for the period from 6.3.2011 to
7.9.2011 and incurred an expenditure of Rs 2,386-60. He has furnished all
relevant papers and requested the Government to reimburse the said amount to
him.
2. In the reference 2nd read above, the Government have sent the medical
bills and relevant papers to the Civil Surgeon Specialist, Govt. Civil Dispensary,
A.P. Secretariat, Hyderabad for scrutiny of the medical bills and to indicate the
admissible amount for reimbursement to the individual.
3. The Civil Surgeon Specialist, Govt. Civil Dispensary, Secretariat,
Hyderabad, in his letter 4th read above, has stated that the medical bills of Sri
P.M. Sudhakar Naidu, Section Officer, Labour Employment Training and
Factories Department, towards his wife’s treatment for “CUE-NAD & Cervical
Spodolysis” at Secretariat Dispensary, Secretariat, Hyderabad for the period from
6.3.2011 to 7.9.2011, have been scrutinized in terms of AIS (MA) rules, 1954 /
APIMS Rules1972/ G.O.Ms.No.107, Dt.14.7.2006 of HM&FW (K1) Deptt., Law
(LA&J-SC.F) Department, Government of Andhra Pradesh and its amendments,
whichever is applicable and indicated the admissible amount for according
sanction by the Government:-
Total Amount Claimed Rs.2386-60
Inadmissible Amount Rs.1188-00

LESS: 10% cut on Rs. – Nil -
admissible amount for non-

4. Government after careful examination in the matter hereby accord
sanction for an amount of Rs.1,199/- (Rupees One thousand One hundred and
Ninety Nine only) to Sri P.M. Sudhakar Naidu, Section Officer, LET&F
Department, towards expenditure for his wife’s treatment for “CUE-NAD &
Cervical Spodolysis” at Secretariat Dispensary, Secretariat, Hyderabad for the
period from 6.3.2011 to 7.9.2011 as recommended by the Civil Surgeon
Specialist, Government Civil Dispensary, A.P. Secretariat, Hyderabad.
5. The expenditure sanctioned in para (4) above shall be debited to Head of
Account 2251- Secretariat Economic Services – 090-Secretariat – 16-Labour
Employment Training & Factories Department-017-Medical Reimbursement.
6. The Labour Employment Training & Factories OP (Claims) Department
shall draw the sanctioned amount in para (4) above and disburse the same to the
individual.
7. This order does not require the concurrence of Finance Department.
