ORDER:
In the circumstances reported by the Engineer-in-Chief
(R&B) Admn., & NH, Hyderabad, in his letter 4th read above,
Government, hereby permit, Sri A.Venkateswara Rao, Dy.
Executive Engineer (R&B) Zone VI working as P.A. to E.E., R&B
Division, Wanaparthy, Mahaboob Nagar District to take up
employment abroad, as Project Manager in STONE HILL
contracting LLC, Dubai, U.A.E., for a period of 4 years 11
months, from the date of his relief, subject to following the
conditions stipulated in the G.O.1st, 2nd and 3rd read above, and
also subject to condition that, if the absence of the employee
exceeds 5 years, he shall cease to be a Government servant.
2. The Engineer-in-Chief (R&B) Admn., & NH, Hyderabad
shall obtain an undertaking from the individual to that effect.
3. The Engineer-in-Chief (R&B) Administration, Hyderabad
shall take necessary further action accordingly.
