From Sri A.S.N.Murthy, DR&T, Assistant, T.R. & B. Department, application dt:28.10.2011 3. Govt. Memo. No.11690/OP.I/2011, T.R.&B.(OP.I) Department, dt:30.12.2011 4. From the Civil Surgeon Specialist, Civil Dispensary, A.P. Secretariat, Hyderabad, Letter Rc. no.9/CDS/2012, Dt:22.02.2012. &&& ORDER: In the reference 2nd read above, Sri A.S.N.Murthy, DR&T, Assistant, Transport Roads and Buildings Department while enclosing the medical bills in original, has requested to reimburse medical expenses incurred by him towards the treatment of his Daughter for “Both Eyes/High Myopia with Astigmatism” for an amount of Rs.32,190/-. 2. In the reference 4th read above, the Civil Surgeon Specialist, Civil Dispensary, A.P. Secretariat, Hyderabad has scrutinized the bills and recommended for reimbursement of medical expenditure for an amount of Rs. 16,000/- being the net admissible amount. 3. Government, after careful examination of the matter, hereby accord sanction for an amount of Rs. 16,000/- (Rupees Sixteen Thousand Only) towards reimbursement of medical expenses incurred by Sri A.S.N.Murthy, DR&T Assistant, Transport, Roads and Buildings Department in connection with the treatment of his Daughter for “Both Eyes/High Myopia with Astigmatism” on 20.07.2011, at M/s Pushpagiri Eye Institute, West Marredpally, Secunderabad 4. The expenditure shall be debited to the Head of Account of “3451 – Secretariat – Economic Services – 090 – Secretariat 10 – T.R.&B Department - 010 – Salaries – 017 – Medical Reimbursement. ” 5. The Transport, Roads and Buildings (O.P.II) Department shall draw and disburse the amount sanctioned in para 3 above to Sri A.S.N.Murthy, DR&T, Assistant, Transport, Roads and Buildings Department. 6. This Order does not require the concurrence of Finance Department, as per rules in force.
