Read the following:

O R D E R:
In the reference 1st read above, it has been brought to the notice of
Government that Sri K. Muralidhar, Executive Engineer along with others
alleged to have committed certain irregularities in the works executed
during 2006-07 in Godawari Head works Division, Dowlaiswaram and
recommended for initiation of suitable departmental action against him
along with others.
2. After examining the matter, in the reference 2nd read above,
disciplinary proceedings have been initiated against Sri K. Muralidhar,
Executive Engineer under rule 20 of APCS(CCA)Rules 1991 by framing
articles of charge.
3. In the reference 3rd read above, Smt. K. Himabindu, W/o Late K.
Muralidhar, I/C SE(Retd.), while enclosing a copy of the death certificate,
has stated that her husband retired from service on 31.01.2010 and died on
14.06.2011 and requested for dropping the disciplinary proceedings initiated
against her late husband and for release of all pensionary benefits of her
husband from the date of retirement.
4. Government, after examining the entire issue, have decided to abate
further action against late K. Muralidhar, I/C SE(Retd.), subject to condition
that if any loss caused or misappropriated Government amount by the
deceased Government servant is established in future, the same will be
recovered from the legal representatives on record to conclude the
disciplinary proceedings.
5. Accordingly, Government hereby order to abate the disciplinary
action against Late K. Muralidhar, I/C SE(Retd.) relating to irregularities in
the Road works on Sir Arthur Cotton Barraige(SAC), Dowlaiswaram,
subject to condition that if any loss caused or misappropriated Government
amount by the deceased Government servant is established in future, the
same will be recovered from the legal representatives on record to conclude::2::
the disciplinary proceedings in terms of orders issued in G.O.Rt.No.1097,
Finance & Planning (FW.Pen.1) Dept., Dt. 22-06-2000 and G.O.Rt.995
Finance(Pension-I) Dept., Dt.21-12-2002 and Smt K. Himabindu, W/o Late
K. Muralidhar, I/C SE(Retd.) is authorized to receive all eligible pensionary
benefits of her late husband.
6. The I&CAD(Ser.II) Department / Engineer-in-Chief (AW), I&CAD
Department, Hyderabad shall take necessary action accordingly.
