TRANSPORT, ROADS & BUILDINGS (Vig.I) DEPARTMENT G.O.Rt.No. 327 Dated:29.03.2012 Read the following. 1) From the D.G., General Administration (V&E) Department Vig.Report No.140 (1417/V&E/E2/03), dt.31.12.2003. 2) Govt.Memo.No.243/Ser.I-3/2004-1, dt.21.01.2004. 3) ENC (R&B), Admn., Memo.No.839/VC(1)/2008-1 and 2,dt.26.11.2009. 4) From Sri K.Damodar Reddy, Dy.EE (R&B), Nalgonda, Written Statement of Defence, dt.22.12.2009. 5) From Sri T.Vishnu Murthy, AEE (R&B), Nalgonda, Written Statement of Defence, dt.22.12.2009. 6) From the ENC (R&B), Admn., Lr.No.839/VC (1)/2004, dt.23.09.2010 & 12.11.2010. **** ORDER: It was brought to the notice of the Government that S/sri (1) K.Navaneetha Rao, Executive Engineer (R&B) (Resigned w.e.f 21.03.07) (2) K.Damodar Reddy, Deputy Executive Engineer (R&B); and (3) T.Vishnu Murthy, Assistant Executive Engineer (R&B), Suryapet, committed certain irregularities in execution of sub- standard work of “Improvements to Jangaon- Suryapet Road from Km.75/0 to 85/0 (Balance work) in Nalgonda District. 2. As per directions in the reference second read above, the Engineer-In-Chief (R&B), Administration, issued charges vide reference third read above against the above said officers, except against Sri K.Navaneetha Rao, Executive Engineer (R&B), as he had already resigned from the service w.e.f 21.03.2007; the two (02) Charged officers submitted their written statement of defence and denied the charges, in the references 4th and 5th read above, respectively; and, Engineer-In- Chief (R&B) (Administration) furnished his report, vide reference sixth read above. 3. Government, after careful examination of the written statement of defence of Charged Officers and the report of the Engineer-in-Chief (R&B) Administration, decide and hereby impose a minor penalty of “Censure” against the Charged officers viz., (1) Sri K.Damodar Reddy, the then Deputy Executive Engineer (R&B) now I/c. Executive Engineer (R&B); and (2) Sri T.Vishnu Murthy, Assistant Executive Engineer (R&B), Nalgonda District. Separate orders will be issued in respect of Sri K.Navaneetha Rao, Executive Engineer (R&B), (Resigned w.e.f 21.03.2007). 4. The Engineer-in-Chief (R&B), Administration, shall take necessary further action in the matter accordingly.
