(3) G.O.Rt.No.622, T,R&B (Vig.I) Department, dt.02.07.2011. (4) From the ENC (R&B), Admn., Lr.No.1004/VC(3)/2008, dt.24.02.2012 along with WSD of Sri K.Ramesh, AE (R&B), Retired. ******* O R D E R:- It was brought to the notice of the Government that Sri K. Ramesh, the then AE (R&B), NH Section, Jangaon, Warangal, now AE (R&B) (Retired on 30.06.2010) had neglected the patch work between Km.65/0 to 139/0 of Hyderabad – Bhoopalapatnam Road NH-202, and also refused to take from the Executive Engineer (R&B), NH Division, Warangal, Memo., wherein instructions were issued for preparation of estimates for taking up patch works on the above said work, vide reference first read above. 2) Article of Charge was framed against Sri K.Ramesh, the then AE (R&B), NH Section, Jangaon, Warangal, now AE (R&B) (Retired on 30.06.2010), under A.P.Revised Pension Rules, 1980, vide reference 3rd read above. The Charged Officer submitted his written statement of defence through Engineer-in-Chief (R&B) Admn., and denied the charges. 3) The Engineer-in-Chief (R&B) Admn., recommended vide reference fourth read above, for dropping further action against Sri K.Ramesh, AE (R&B), (Retired) duly taking a lenient view against him. 4) Government, after careful examination of the matter, decide and hereby drop further action against Sri K.Ramesh, the then AE (R&B), NH Section, Jangoan, Warangal District, now AE (R&B) (Retired on 30.06.2010). 5) The Engineer-in-Chief (R&B) Admn., shall take necessary further action in the matter accordingly.
