Sankalpa Enterprises, Hyd Bill No. 13113, dt: 21.02.2011. ***** O R D E R:- Sanction is hereby accorded for payment of an amount of Rs.61,051/- (Rupees Sixty One Thousand and Fifty One Only) to M/s. Sankalpa Enterprises, Hyderabad towards supply of stationary and non-stationary items for use of Industries and Commerce Department during the financial year 2011-12 2. The amount sanctioned in Para (1) above shall be debited to the Head of Account “3451 – Secretariat Economic Services – 090 – Secretariat – SH (07) – Industries and Commerce Department – 130 – Office Expenses – 132 – Other Office Expenses”. 3. The Industries and Commerce (OP.II/Claims) Department shall draw the amount in favour of the M/s. Sankalpa Enterprises, Hyderabad and credit the same into their A/c. No. 02182000000287, HDFC Bank Ltd, Malakpet Branch, Hyderabad. 4. This order does not require the concurrence of Finance Department as per rules in force.
