From the Hon’ble Minister for Finance D.O.Letter No.836/M(F&P)/2011, Dated 29/08/2011 enclosing representation dated 22/08/2011 of Sri G. Hanook Babu, Driver, O/o the Deputy Transport Commissioner, Nellore. 2. Govt. Memo. No.10132/Ser.IV/2011-1, Dated 09/09/2011. 3. From the Transport Commissioner Letter No.9172/C1/2011, Dated 19/09/2011. -ooo- ORDER:- In the letter 3rd read above, the Transport Commissioner has, inter-alia, stated that the Deputy Transport Commissioner, Nellore, while enclosing medical certificate issued by Civil Assistant Surgeon, DSR Government Hospital, Nellore reported that Sri G. Hanook Babu, Driver has been suffering from low back pain while driving and the Doctor advised him not to drive vehicles and he needs stationery work to relieve his pains, hence, requested to appoint him as Attender in the existing vacancy. The Deputy Transport Commissioner, Nellore further informed that there are two Attender posts vacant in his office which were notified to the District Collector, Nellore to fill up the vacancies and requested his application for conversion of an Attender may be considered favourably in view of his health condition. He has further stated that in a similar case, Government have issued orders permitting the Transport Commissioner to appoint Sri Sk. Karimulla, Driver, Office of the Deputy Transport Commissioner, Nellore as Attender on health grounds, in relaxation of the A.P. Last Grade Service Rules as a special case vide G.O.Rt.No.403 Transport, Roads & Buildings (Ser.IV) Department, Dated:24/04/2010. He has, therefore, requested the Government to take necessary action in the matter. 2. After careful consideration of proposal of the Transport Commissioner in consultation with Finance (Pen.II) and General Administration (Ser.B) Departments, Government hereby permit the Transport Commissioner to convert the post of Driver as Office Subordinate and post Sri G. Hanook Babu, Driver, O/o the Deputy Transport Commissioner, Nellore, in the post, on health grounds, as a special case. 3.
