Read the following:- From the Chief Engineer, Minor Irrigation, Hyderabad Lr. No. Lr. No. DCE II/OT4/SO1/ADB/Restn / FDR/Thore Thalab/Shetpally (V), dated 28.12.2011. <<00>> ORDER:- In the letter read above, the Chief Engineer, Minor Irrigation has submitted an estimate for Rs. 14.00 lakhs for the work “Restoration of FDR to Thore Thalab, Shetpally (V), Mudhole (M), Adilabad District” stating that the above tank is having a settled ayacut of 110 acres. Due to heavy rains during 2010-11, the above tank is damaged and need to mend the system to sustain against the next monsoon. The villagers have requested to repair the tank for their agricultural, cattle and daily needs. Further he has stated that there is no possibility to take up the work under MGNREGP. Therefore, he has requested to accord administrative approval for R s. 14.00 lakhs under Normal State Plan funds. 2. Government after careful examination, hereby accord administrative approval for Rs. 14.00 lakhs (Rupees Fourteen lakhs only) for the work “Restoration of FDR to Thore Thalab, Shetpally Village, Mudhole Mandal, Adilabad District”. 3. The amount sanctioned at para 2 above, shall be debited to the Head of Account “4702 COL on M.I MH – 101 – Surface Water GH – 11 Normal State Plan - SH (16) Immediate Restoration of MI Sources and FDR Temporarily Restoration Works – 530 Major Works - 531 Other Expenditure”. 4. This order issues with the concurrence of Finance (Expr. PW) Department Vide their U.O. No. 4231/182/A1/Expr.PW/12 dated 21.2.2012.
