Read the following:- 1. G.O.Rt.No. 292 I & CAD (MI II) Deptt., dated 4.3.2008. 2. From the Chief Engineer, Minor Irrigation Lr. No. DCE II/OT1/SO4/RE/Chowtaparthy/Parkal/WGL/2011, dated 11.4.2011. 3. From the Engineer-in-Chief Lr. No. ENC/IW/P&M/ EE.III/DEE.10 /AE/REs/285/11 dated: 30.7.2011. <oo> ORDER:- In the G.O. 1st read above, Government have sanctioned the work Construction of Checkdam across Chowtaparthy vagu near Chowtaparthy (V), Parkal (M), Warangal District under Normal State Plan for an amount of Rs.160.00 lakhs. 2. In the letter 2nd read above, the Chief Engineer, Minor Irrigation has submitted the revised estimate for work Construction of Checkdam across Chowtaparthy vagu near Chowtaparthy Village, Parkal Mandal, Warangal District to the Engineer-in-Chief (IW) for placing the same before the Committee of Chief Engineers for recommending to Government for obtaining revised administrative approval. 3. In the letter 3rd read above, the Engineer-in-Chief (IW) has stated that the meeting of the Committee of Chief Engineers was held and after detailed examination of the reasons for the deviations in respect of the subject work, the Committee has recommended the revised estimate for Rs.382.00 lakhs for the work “Construction of Checkdam across Chowtaparthy vagu near Chowtaparthy Village, Parkal Mandal, Warangal District for according revised administrative sanction. 4. Government after careful examination of the matter, hereby accord revised administrative approval for Rs.382.00 lakhs (Rupees three hundred and eighty two lakhs only) for the work “Construction of Checkdam across Chowtaparthy vagu near Chowtaparthy Village, Parkal Mandal, Warangal District” 5. The expenditure sanctioned in para 4 above shall be debitale to the Head of Account “4702 COL on MI Schemes – MH 101 SW – GH (11) NSP – SH (12) Construction and Restoration of MI Schemes – 530 Minor Works - 531 OE”. .
