Read the following:- 1. G.O.Rt.No. 358 I & CAD (MI II)) Deptt., dated 19.3.2008. 2. From the Chief Engineer, Minor Irrigation DCE II/OT1/SO4/Korikishala/M”pally/WGL/10, dated 22.1.2010. 3. From the Engineer-in-Chief (IW) Lr. No. ENC/IW/P & M/EE III/DEE 10/AE/RE’s/231/10, dated 26.2.2010. 4. From the Chief Engineer, Minor Irrigation DCE II/OT1/SO4/ RE/ Korikishala/M”pally/WGL/10-2, dated 2.6.2011. <oo> ORDER:- In the G.O. 1st read above, Government have sanctioned the work “Restoration of Breached Korikishala Mottu Across Peddavagu near Korikishala Village, Mogullapalli Mandal, Warangal District under Normal State Plan for an amount of Rs.436.70 lakhs. 2. In the letter 2nd read above, the Chief Engineer, Minor Irrigation has submitted revised estimate for work “Restoration of Breached Korikishala Mottu Across Peddavagu near Korikishala Village, MogullapalliMandal, Warangal District to the Engineer-in-Chief (IW), Hyderabad for placing the same before the Committee of Chief Engineers for recommending to Government for obtaining revised administrative approval. 3. In the letter 3rd read above, the Engineer-in-Chief (IW) has stated that meeting of the Committee of Chief Engineers was held and after detailed examinations of the reasons for the deviations in respect of the subject work, the Committee has recommended the revised estimate for Rs 763.314 lakhs for the work “Restoration of Breached Korikishala Mottu Across Peddavagu near Korikishala Village, Mogullapalli Mandal, Warangal District” and recommended for according administrative approval to the revised estimate for the above work subject to condition that the field offices are responsible for correctness of quantities, data and arithmetic calculations. Government after careful examination of the matter, hereby accord revised administrative approval for Rs.763.314 lakhs (Rupees seven hundred sixty three lakhs thirty one thousand and four hundred only) for the work “Restoration of Breached Korikishala Mottu Across Peddavagu near Korikishala Village, Mogullapalli Mandal, Warangal District”, subject to condition that the field offices are responsible for correctness of quantities, data and arithmetic calculations. 5. The expenditure sanctioned in para 4 above shall be debitale to the Head of Account “4702 COL on MI Schemes – MH 101 SW – GH (11) Normal State Plan – SH (12) Construction and Restoration of MI Schemes – 530 Minor Works - 531 OE.” 6. The Chief Engineer, Minor Irrigation, Hyderabad is therefore requested to take necessary action accordingly. 7. This order issues with the concurrence of Finance (Expr. PW) Department vide their U.O.
