Bldgs., & CRF.,Lr.No.9732/CRF /EE(TEC)/2011-12, Dt.03.11.2011. -:o0o:- ORDER In the reference 1st read above, Government have accorded sanction for an amount of Rs.2,38,870/- towards enhanced compensation of decretal charges for the work “Construction of approach road to Nagaladinne bridge– Ieej Mandal Pulkal village, along with a permission to the ENC Admn., & NH., for depositing the said amount with the RDO, Gadwal under “5054-04-800- Gh11-SH(23)-530-531” OP.No.532/4 and batch AS No.312/05. 2. In the reference 2nd read above, the ENC., Bldgs., & CRF., has informed that the Government have allocated budget estimate for 2011-12, an amount of Rs.161.52 crores under CRF Head “5054-04-MH-800-11- SH(04)-530-531” against which Government have released BRO for an amount of Rs.161.52 crores. The released grant was totally distributed for meeting the work done bills in the month of May-2011. The allotted budget was not sufficient to meet the demand for Financial year 2011-12, as there were pending bills of Rs.150.00 crores as on 31.03.2011. The budget provision for the year 2011-12 was inadequate and cannot fulfill the demand. Further, as per para 6, section 12 of CRF Act 2000 (54 of 2000), the LA charges shall not be considered under the CRF Head of Account. Subsequently, in a notice, the Advocate of petitioners, while furnishing the copy of orders of the Hon’ble HC has also requested to deposit the compensation amount as directed by the Hon’ble HC as on 08.06.2011 in WP.No.22669/09 within Two (2) weeks from the receipt of notice or else it will be constrained to approach the Hon’ble HC to initiate contempt proceedings, and also informed that those responsible will be held for the costs and consequences thereof. As such, the Bldgs., & CRF., has requested the Government to sanction and release an amount of Rs.2.39 lakhs under “Contingent Grant” under “5054-04-800-GH11-SH(23)-530-531” so as to deposit the same with RDO, Gadwal, towards decretal charges for the said work in OP.No.532/4 and batch AS No.312/05 as it is a long pending case and also to avoid further legal complications. 3. After careful examination of the matter, Government hereby accord sanction for an amount of Rs.2,39,000/- (Rupees Two Lakhs thirty Nine thousands only) towards LA compensation decretal charges for the work “Construction of approach road to Nagaladinne bridge” Ieej Mandal, Pulkal village in OP.No.532/4 and batch AS No.312/05, duly canceling the Government Orders in the reference 1st cited. The ENC(R&B), Bldgs., & CRF is also requested to deposit the said amount with the RDO Gadwal. …..2.:: 2 :: 4. The Expenditure mentioned in para (3) above shall be debited to the Head of Account “5054-04-800–GH11–SH(23)-530-531” 5. The Engineer-in-Chief(R&B), Bldgs., & CRF.,Hyderabad shall take necessary action accordingly, and he is requested to furnish the necessary re-appropriation proposals at the appropriate time with in the grant. 6. This orders issues with the concurrence of Law / Fi nance (Expr.PW) & Departments, vide their UO.Nos. 7148/405/E/2011, Dt.21.01.11 and 2591/118/A2/Expr.PWD/12, Dt.16.03.2012.
