(Retd.) 11) Sri M.Venkateswara Rao DAO (W) (Retd.) 12) Sri G.Koteswara Rao, DAO 13) Sri A.Narayana Rao, DAO 2) And whereas, consequent on appointment of Sri Alok Srivastava, IPS (Retired), as COI, it was decided to reassign the case of Sri B.Kutumba Rao, Executive Engineer (R&B) (Retd.) and 12 others from Sri Jitender, IPS, Commissioner of Inquiries, to Sri Alok Srivastava, IPS (Retired), vide reference second read above. 3) Now, therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred by Sub-rule (2) of rule 20 of Andhra Pradesh Civil Services (CC&A) Rules, 1991, the disciplinary authority hereby entrust the Departmental Inquiry to Sri Alok Srivastava, IPS (Retired), Commissioner of Inquiries, as the Inquiring Authority to conduct further Inquiry. 4) The General Administration (COI.J) Department shall furnish the relevant records/documents connected with the inquiry to the Inquiring Authority. The Inquiring Authority is requested to continue the Inquiry from where it was stopped by the former Inquiring authority and furnish his Inquiry report within (2) months.
