PAN No ABKPT0189L), Minister for Minor Irrigation, shall be paid by the State Government of Andhra Pradesh taking into consideration of the salaries and other allowances etc, paid to him. Income Tax is due to be paid for the financial year 2011-2012 ( Assessment year 2012-2013 ) on behalf of the Minister for Minor Irrigation. 2. Under clause (3) of A.P Payment of Salaries and removal of Disqualification Act 1953 sanction is hereby accorded for payment of Rs. 4,08,596/- (Rupees Four lakks eight thousand five hundred and ninety six only) as income tax for the period from 01.04.2011 to 31-03-2012 payable to the Joint Commissioner of Income Tax, TDS Circle 14 (2). Ayakar Bhavan Hyderabad towards income tax payable by the Government on behalf of Sri T.G.Venkatesh, Minister for Minor Irrigation for the financial year 2011-2012. 3. The Expenditure sanctioned in para 2 above shall be debited to- 2013- Council of Ministers MH - 101- Salary of Ministers and Deputy Ministers -SH -(04) Salary of Ministers and Deputy Ministers- 010- Salaries. 4. The Deputy Pay and Accounts Officer Secretariat Branch Hyderabad is requested to issue a cheque in favour of Accounts Officer Finance (CCS) Department.
