GOVERNMENT OF ANDHRA PRADESH ABSTRACT R&B Department –“Eviction of encroachments and widening the road to four lane in Km 355/4 to 356/0 of Hyderabad-Bangalore road in Anantapur Town limits near Collectorate”. – Administrative Sanction - Accorded – Orders – Issued. ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- TRANSPORT ROADS AND BUILDINGS (R.VI) DEPARTMENT G.O.Rt.No. 343 Dated:31-03-2012 Read: From the ENC(R&B)Roads, Lr.No.Mini.Endt./ATR/E.E(T)/DEE.8/AEE2/ 2011-12 , dated 14-07-2011 *** ORDER:- In the reference read above, the Engineer-in-Chief(R&B) Roads has stated that there are encroachments on Hyderabad- Bangalore road (Non-Corenet State highway) from Km 355/430 to 355/930 to a length of about 0.50 Kms. The above stretch is located opposite to the District Collector’s Office, on the other side of the road in Anantapur town limits. The above road is having 4 lane carriageway with central divider. The total width of carriageway is 14.30 Mts (including divider) and berms/shoulders/clear land width available is varying from 7.00 m to 8.50 Mts on left side of the road and there after there are encroachments in the above stretch. The Executive Engineer (R&B), Anantapur has already requested the Revenue authorities and the Municipal Commissioner of Anantapur to take necessary action for eviction of the above encroachments vide his letter dated 18.10.2010 that to instruct the concerned Mandal Revenue Surveyor to conduct and inform the width of road boundary and also the list of encroachments in the margin with all details like Door Number, Name of the Occupant, size of site, size of construction, type of construction, year of construction and Documentary evidence of Pattas allotted by the Revenue Department, so as to process the action. The above stretch for a length of 0.50 Km will be widened after eviction of above encroachments by the Revenue authorities and Anantapur Municipal Corporation. 2. The Engineer-in-Chief (R&B) State Roads, has, therefore, requested to accord administrative sanction of Rs. 125.00 lakhs for eviction of encroachments and widening the road to four lane in Km 355/4 to 356/0 of Hyderabad-Bangalore road in Anantapur Town limits near Collectorate including an LS Provision of Rs.10.00 Lakhs each towards removal encroachments and shifting of Electrical poles. 3. Government after careful examination of the proposal of Engineer-in-Chief(R&B) Roads, Hyderabad, hereby accord administrative sanction of Rs. 125.00 lakhs(Rupees one hundred and twenty five lakhs) for eviction of encroachments and widening the road to four lane in Km 355/4 to 356/0 of Hyderabad-Bangalore road in Anantapur Town limits near Collectorate”. 4. The expenditure sanctioned in Para (2) above shall be debited to the Head of Account: 5054 – C.O.L on Roads & Bridges, 04 – District and Other Roads, MH – 800 – Other Expenditure, GH-11 – Normal State Plan, SH (08) – Other Roads, 530 – Major Works, 531 – Other Expenditure. 5. The Engineer-in-Chief (R&B), State Roads, Hyderabad, shall take action as per G.O.Ms.No.94, I& CAD Dept., Dt01.07.2003. (P.T.O)-2- 6.
