In pursuance of the orders issued in the G.O. 1st read above, read with G.O 2nd read above, sanction is hereby accorded for reimbursement of an amount of Rs.24,775/- (Rupees Twenty four thousand seven hundred and seventy five only) to Sri K.S.N.Rajendra Prasad S.O. towards medical expenses incurred by him for treatment of his mother at NIMS Hyderabad during the period from 02.10.2011 to 18.03.2012. 3. The expenditure sanctioned in para-1 above shall be debited to the following Head of Account:- “3451 - Secretariat Economic Services 090 - Secretariat 09 - Irrigation & CAD (IW) Department. 010 - Salaries”. 017 - Medical Reimbursement 3.
