Note No. 89/COI-R/2012, Dt.24.03.2012. *** ORDER: Whereas, an inquiry under Rule 20 of Andhra Pradesh Civil Services (C.C.& A) Rules, 1991, was ordered to be held against Sri R. Ram Murthy Naidu, the then Assistant Executive Engineer (R&B), Kota-II Section of R&B Division, Gudur, Nellore District, for failure to hand over charge of Kota-II section in a complete shape and heavy shortage of materials, by Sri Jitender, IPS, Commissioner of Inquiries, vide reference first read above. 2. And whereas, consequent on appointment of Sri K.Sahadeva Reddy, (Retired) Commissioner of Inquiries, it was decided to reassign the case of Sri R. Ram Murthy Naidu, the then Assistant Executive Engineer (R&B), Kota-II Section of R&B Division, Gudur, Nellore District (now retired), from Sri Jitender, IPS, Commissioner of Inquiries, to Sri K.Sahadeva Reddy, (Retired) Commissioner of Inquiries, vide reference second read above. 3. Now, therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred by Sub-rule (2) of rule 20 of Andhra Pradesh Civil Services (CC&A) Rules, 1991, the disciplinary authority hereby entrust the Departmental Inquiry, to Sri K.Sahadeva Reddy, (Retired) Commissioner of Inquiries, as the Inquiring Authority, to conduct further enquiry. 4. The General Administration (COI.J) Department shall furnish the relevant records/documents connected with the inquiry to the Inquiring Authority. The Inquiring Authority is requested to continue the Inquiry from where it was stopped by the former Inquiring authority and furnish his Inquiry report with in (2) months.
