From the Commissioner of Labour, Lr.No.L2/435/2012, Dt.07.02.2012. *** ORDER: The following notification will be published in the next issue of the Andhra Pradesh Gazette. NOTIFICATION Whereas the Government of Andhra Pradesh has declared in G.O.Rt.No.1099, Labour Employment Training & Factories (Lab.I) Department, Dt.12.07.2011 the Cotton Textile Industry in the State of Andhra Pradesh was declared as Public Utility Service for the purpose of Industrial Dispute Act,1947 (Central Act 14 of 1947) for a period of six months from 12.07.2011. WHEREAS THE SAID PERIOD OF SIX MONTHS IS EXPIRED ON 11.01.2012. AND WHEREAS the Government of Andhra Pradesh, is satisfied that it is necessary to declare the said industry as Public Utility Service for a further period of six months in public interest. NOW THEREFORE, in exercise of the powers conferred by sub clause (VI) of clause (n) of section 2 of the Industrial Dispute Act, 1947 (Central Act 14 of 1947 the Government of Andhra Pradesh hereby declares the Cotton Textile Industry in the State as Public Utility Service Unit for a further period of six months from the date of issue of G.O.
