(COI.R) Department, U.O.Note No.89/COI-R/2012, Dt.24.03.2012. *** ORDER: Whereas, an Inquiry under Rule 20 of Andhra Pradesh Civil Services (C.C.& A) Rules, 1991, was ordered to be held on the allegations of diversion of bitumen and misappropriation by the R & B Officials in collusion with the transport contractors, by Sri Jitender, IPS, Commissioner of Inquiries, vide reference first read above, against the following personnel: 1. Sri K.S.S.N. Reddy, the then Assistant Engineer (R&B) 2. Sri K.Babu Rao, the then Assistant Engineer (R&B) 3. Sri U.Satyanarayana, the then Assistant Engineer (R&B) 4. Sri G. Babu Rao, the then Deputy Executive Engineer (R&B) 5. Sri G.D. Prabhakar Rao, the then Asst.Executive Engineer (R&B) 6. Sri N.Dora, the then Deputy Executive Engineer (R&B) 7. Sri T.Satyanarayana, the then Asst. Executive Engineer (R&B) 8. Sri V.Subba Rao, the then Senior Assistant 9. Sri B.Ravi Kanth, the then Assistant Executive Engineer (R&B) 10. Sri Ch.Murali Krishna, the then Senior Assistant 11. Sri B.V.V. Jyothi Prasad, the then Dy.E.E.(R&B) 12. Sri K.Appa Rao, the then Assistant Engineer (R&B) 13. Sri T.Srinivasa Rao, the then Assistant Executive Engineer (R&B) 14. Sri M.Aryabhushan, the then Deputy Executive Engineer (R&B) 2. And whereas, consequent on appointment of Dr. Prem Chand, IAS, (Retired), Commissioner of Inquiries, it was decided to reassign the case of Sri K.S.S.N.Reddy, Assistant Engineer (R&B) and (13) others from Sri Jitender, IPS, Commissioner of Inquiries, to Dr. Prem Chand, IAS, (Retired), Commissioner of Inquiries, vide reference second read above. 3. Now, therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred by Sub-rule (2) of rule 20 of Andhra Pradesh Civil Services (CC&A) Rules, 1991, the disciplinary authority hereby entrust the Departmental Inquiry to Dr. Prem Chand, IAS, (Retired), Commissioner of Inquiries, as the Inquiring Authority, to conduct further enquiry. 4. The General Administration (COI.J) Department shall furnish the relevant records/documents connected with the inquiry to the Inquiring Authority. The Inquiring Authority is requested to continue the Inquiry from where it was stopped by the former Inquiring authority and furnish his Inquiry report with in (2) months.
