Read the following : 1. GO Rt.No.1165, I&CAD (Ser.II) Dept, Dt: 28.9.2010. 2. From the ENC (AW), Hyderabad letter No.Rc/ENC/F3/11807/2010, dated 10.2.2012. << >> ORDER:- In the circumstances explained by the Engineer-in-Chief (AW), I&CAD Department, Hyderabad in the reference 2nd read above, and after careful examination, Government hereby, enhances the Provisional Pension from 75% to 90% (Ninety percent) under Rule 52 of A.P. Revised Pension Rules, 1980 to Sri M.Eswara Rao, i/c Superintending Engineer (Retired) on 30.6.2010 as against the earlier sanction made in the G.O. 1st read above, of the superannuation pension to which he would have been eligible, pending finalization of the disciplinary proceedings instituted against him. 2. The payment of entire DCRG admissible to the above retired incharge Superintending Engineer shall be withheld till the final orders in the disciplinary case pending against him are issued. 3. The Engineer-in-Chief (AW), I & CAD Department., Hyderabad shall take necessary action accordingly.
