NOTIFICATION
In pursuance of section 17 of the Industrial Disputes Act, 1947
(Central Act 14 of 1947) the Governor of Andhra Pradesh hereby directs that
the enclosed award received on 02/03/2012 from the Labour Court, Guntur,
passed in Lok Adalat Case No.178 of 2010 in I.D.No. 45/2007 held in
between SK. Shajahan, Conductor, Guduru Depot, Represented by the
Regional Joint Secretary, APSRTC Staff and Workers Federation and the
Depot Manager, APSRTC, Kavali Depot, Nellore District and one other be
published on the Notice Board of the Labour Court, Guntur.
