The following notification will be published on the Notice Board of
Labour Court, Guntur on:
NOTIFICATION
In pursuance of section 17 of the Industrial Disputes Act, 1947
(Central Act 14 of 1947) the Governor of Andhra Pradesh hereby directs that
the enclosed award received on 02/03/2012 from the Labour Court, Guntur,
passed in Lok Adalat Case No.179 of 2012 in I.D.No. 55/2007 held in
between K. Yesudasu, Conductor, Jangareddy Gudem Depot, Represented
by the Regional President, APSRTC and the Depot Manager, APSRTC,
Jangareddygudem and two others be published on the Notice Board of the
Labour Court, Guntur.
