1 GOVERNMENT OF ANDHRA PRADESH ABSTRACT Minor Irrigation – Mahabubnagar District - Excavation of Surplus Channel of Pedda Cheruvu, Kondair Village, Itikyala Mandal, Mahabubnagar District – Administrative Approval for Rs.34.30 lakhs – Accorded – Orders – Issued. = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = IRRIGATION & CAD (MI T) DEPARTMENT G.O.Rt.No. 350 Dated 26.3.2012 Read the following:- From the Chief Engineer, Minor Irrigation, Hyderabad Letter No. No.CE / MI / Hyd / DCE-II / OT1 / SO1 / W.P.No.16233/05 / PCKondair(V) / Itikyal(M) / MBNR Dist / 2011, dated 3.11.2011 and even No.dated 3.1.2012. @@@ ORDER: In the letter read above, the Chief Engineer, Minor Irrigation, Hyderabad has submitted an estimate for Rs.34.30 lakhs for the work “Excavation of Surplus Channel of Pedda Cheruvu, Kondair Village, Itikyala Mandal, Mahabubnagar District” stating that as per orders of the Hon’ble High Court dated 25.6.2008 in W.P.No.16233/2005 filed by ryots of Pedda Cheruvu, Kondair Village, Itikyala Mandal, Mahabubnagar District, Government, in G.O.Ms.No.122, Dated 5.8.2011, have accorded permission to reduce the FTL of Pedda Cheruvu by another 0.6 m in addition to 2.45 m and directed to send the proposals for sanction of funds towards excavation of the channel to avoid land compensation. Hence, it is proposed for excavation of surplus channel to Pedda Cheruvu. Further, the Chief Engineer, Minor Irrigation has stated that an amount of Rs.2940/- for the component of clearing thick jungle growth including bushes will be taken up under MGNREGP. Hence, he has requested to accord administrative approval in the matter. 2. Government, after careful examination of the matter, hereby accord administrative approval for Rs.34.30 lakhs (Rupees thirty four lakhs and thirty thousand only) for the work “Excavation of Surplus Channel of Pedda Cheruvu, Kondair Village, Itikyala Mandal, Mahabubnagar District”. 3. Out of the amount sanctioned in para 2 above, an amount of Rs.34.271 lakhs shall be debitable to the Head of Account “4702 COL on MI - MH (101) – Surface Water GH – (11) Normal State Plan SH – (12) Construction & Restoration of MI sources – 530 Major Works / 531 Other Expenditure”. 4. The Rural Development Department have agreed to include the component of clearing thick jungle growth including bushes under shelf of project for taking it under MGNREGP. Hence, the remaining amount of Rs.2900/- (Rupees two thousand nine hundred only) for the component of clearing thick jungle growth including bushes will be proposed under MGNREGP funds duly including it under shelf of project in consultation with Rural Development Department. (PTO)2 5. The Chief Engineer, Minor Irrigation, Hyderabad shall take further action accordingly. 6. This order issues with the concurrence of Finance (Expr.PW) Department vide their U.O.No.1814/63/A1/Expr.PW/12, Dated 10.2.2012 and PR & RD (RD) Department vide their U.O.No. 6866/RD.II/A2/2012, Dated 22.3.2012.
