In pursuance of section 17 of the Industrial Disputes Act, 1947
(Central Act 14 of 1947) the Governor of Andhra Pradesh hereby directs that
the enclosed award received on 02/03/2012 from the Labour Court, Guntur,
passed in Lok Adalat Case No.180 of 2012 in I.D.No. 57/2007 held in
between Ch. Srinivasa Rao, Shramik, Autonagar Depot, represented by
Zonal Joint Secretary, APSRTC, NMU, Vijayawada and the Depot Manager,
APSRTC, Governorpet-II Depot, Vidyadharapuram Depot and one other be
published on the Notice Board of the Labour Court, Guntur.
