NOTIFICATION
In pursuance of section 17 of the Industrial Disputes Act, 1947
(Central Act 14 of 1947) the Governor of Andhra Pradesh hereby directs that
the enclosed award received on 02/03/2012 from the Labour Court, Guntur,
passed in Lok Adalat Case No.182 of 2012 in I.D.No. 96/2007 held in
between P.V.S. Reddy, Conductor, APSRTC, Markapur Depot, Represented
by the Regional Publicity Secretary, APSRTC, Staff & Workers Federation,
Ongole Region and the Depot Manager, APSRTC, Markapur Depot,
Prakasham District be published on the Notice Board of the Labour Court,
Guntur.
